Apply several drops of the Night Oil to the center of the patch, then place over your belly button on clean, dry skin. Inspired by the Ayurvedic tradition of navel oiling, the patch keeps your Night Oil comfortably in place while you sleep. Wear for 6–8 hours, then remove and discard in the morning.

How To Use
- Step 01 : Apply a generous amount of the Night Oil directly to the center of the patch.
- Step 02 : Place the patch over your belly button or any desired area of clean, dry skin. Press around the edges to seal.
- Step 03 : Wear overnight for 6–8 hours while your Night Oil remains comfortably in place.
- Step 04 : Peel off in the morning and discard. No residue. No laundry. No cleanup.
